Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Muffins

2 1/2 | all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup | white sugar |
1/4 cup | brown sugar |
2 teaspoons | baking powder |
Pinch | salt |
3/4 cup | milk |
1/3 cup | vegetable oil |
margarine, alternative | |
2 | eggs |
1 teaspoon | vanilla flavoring |
1/2 cup | sour cream |
1 cup | chocolate chips |
1: Heat oven to 350 F, line muffin cups.
2: In a medium bowl, combine flours, sugars, baking powder, chocolate chips and salt; mix well. In a small bowl, combine milk, oil or margarine, vanilla, sour cream and eggs; blend well. Add dry ingredients all at once; stir until dry ingredients are moist.
3: Fill cups 2/3 full.
4: Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
