Black Bean Hummus

15 oz | no-salt Black Beans, drained and rinsed |
2 tablespoons | water |
2 tablespoons | lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | VegiZest |
2 tablespoons | raw Tahini |
2 teaspoons | liquid aminos |
1/2 teaspoon | ground cumin |
1/2 clove | garlic, chopped |
Blend all the ingredients in high powered blender or food processor.
Note: serve with carrots, broccoli florets, zucchini, cucumbers, etc.
