Broccoli and Mushrooms

    bunch  broccoli, or 1 pound asparagus, or 1 pound green beans
    1 tablespoon  olive oil
    ΒΌ pound  fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 tablespoon  soy sauce

Steam the vegetables in a basket over boiling water until tender. Remove immediately and set aside until just before serving.

Use a wok or a large frying pan. Heat wok and add olive oil and the mushrooms. Stir-fry and add vegetables, and keep stirring until heated through and mushrooms are cooked. Add soy sauce. Toss and serve immediately.
