Peanut butter cups cookies

40 reese's peanut butter cups 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter | |
1/2 (1 stick) | butter softened 1 egg |
1/2 cup | granulated sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
1/2 cup | packed light brown sugar 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
3/4 tsp | baking soda 1/2 tsp salt |
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Remove wrqppers. Beat butter, granulated sugar, peanut butter egg and vanilla until blended. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt: gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, placein in ungreased muffin cup. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly browned, remove from oven. Immediately press peanut butter cups into cookie. Cool completely in muffin pan.
