Preparazione
Versate la panna fresca molto fredda in una ciotola capiente, raffreddata in freezer, e sbattetela con una frusta; quando comincia a gonfiarsi, unite mezzo cucchiaio di zucchero a velo per ogni dl di panna e continuate a sbattere finche diventa densa e bianchissima.
