Preparazione
1) Fai fondere a bagnomaria 200 g di cioccolato con 2 dl di panna fresca, sbattendo con una frusta, per gonfiare la crema.
2) Unisci poco brandy, scorzette d'arancia e datteri tagliuzzati.
