|3/4 c.||non-fat dry milk|
|1/2 c.||protein powder, (vanilla or black walnut)|
|2 t.||baking soda|
|1 T.||vanilla extract|
|10 oz.||unsweetened applesauce|
|1/2||apple or 1/2 cup blueberries|
|4 t.||diet lite sweetener|
Spray 20 muffin tins with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
