Butter Cake - easy

| 2 | eggs |
| 125 g | butter, softened |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 2 cups | self-raising flour |
| ? cup | milk |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla |
Method
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl of an electric mixer.
Beat on low speed until blended, then beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
Grease a 28 cm x 18 cm lamington tin, and line the base with greaseproof paper.
Pour mixture into tin and bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes.
