GrandMaria's Macaroni & Cheese

1 (8oz) package | jumbo elbow macaroni |
1 1/2 cups | evaporated milk |
2 1/2 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
2 large | eggs lightly beaten |
1 teaspoon | salt |
Cook macaroni. Drain; layer 1/3 of macaroni in lightly greased dish. Sprinkle 1/3 cheese. Repeat; top with cheese. Combine milk, eggs and pepper; pour over Mac & cheese.
Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
