Frutillas 250 g
Azúcar rubia 75 g
~~Jengibre~~ c/n
~~Limón~~ 1
~~Hierbabuena~~ c/n
PROCEDIMIENTO
Paso a paso
1- Lavar las frutillas, escurrir y quitar en pedúnculo.
2- Cortar a la mitad y ponerlas en un plato hondo.
3- Espolvorear con azúcar rubio.
4- Pelar el jengibre con la ayuda de una cuchara y rallar sobre las frutillas.
5- Agregar cáscara de limón y su jugo.
6- Decorar con hierbabuena o menta.
