Fruit Crumble

1 cup | flour |
3/4 cup | oats |
1/2 cup | melted margarine |
1tsp. | Cinnamon |
Mix above ingredients. Set aside. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mix 1 cup sugar | |
2 tbsp | corn starch |
1 cup | water |
Stir above ingredients while cooking, until thick and clear. Pour over your choice of fruit (4 cups or more) of apples, peaches, blueberries, rhubarb or combination in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with flour oat mixture.

Bake for approximately 1 hour @ 350 degrees depending on the type of fruit used. 1 hour might be too long for some fruit.
