    1 pound  ripe tomatoes, chopped
    1 1/2 cups  chopped onion
    1/3 cup  chopped fresh cilantro
    3  jalapeno peppers, seeds removed and chopped
    2 tablespoons  lime juice
    2 cloves  garlic, minced
    1/4 teaspoon  salt

PREPARATION
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Serve immediately or cover an refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Makes 6 servings. 1/2 cup per serving
