Sweet Potato Souffle

6 | sweet potatoes, quartered |
2 sticks | butter |
14 oz | condensed milk |
2 1/4 cups | brown sugar |
2 cups | sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1 tsp | nutmeg |
6 | eggs, beaten |
Preheat oven to 375*. In a saucepan on high heat, boil potatoes until soft. Remove and let cool; peel and mash until fine. Add butter, milk, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add eggs. Pour mixture into a greased souffle dish. Bake for one hour.
