| 2 pounds | spinach |
| 1 pound | bacon, fried crisp |
| 6 | hard boiled eggs |
| 1 can | bean sprouts |
| 1 can | water chestnuts |
| Dressing | |
| 1 cup | salad oil |
| 1 cup | wine vinegar |
| 1/3 cup | ketchup |
| 1 bunch | green onions, chopped |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| ΒΌ teaspoon | pepper |
| 1 shake | tabasco sauce |
SaladCombine ingredients for salad and mix.
Dressing: Combine ingredients for dressing and shake well. Pour over salad and toss.
