Bananas Foster

| 1/3 cup | butter |
| 5 - 6 firm, but ripe bananas, sliced on the bias | |
| 1/2 cup | shopped pecans |
| 1/2 cup | maple syrup |
| 5 - 6 crepes at room temperature | |
| Whipped cream | |
| ice cream, alternative | |
| 1/2 cup | chopped pecans for recipe |
| 1/4 cup | chopped pecans to garnish |
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add bananas and 1/2 cup pecans
Cook three minutes, stirring gently to coat bananas
Add syrup
Cook another minute
Divide banana mixture between crepes on individual dessert plates
Roll up crepes
Top with ice cream and more nuts
Serves 5 - 6nut
