Southwest Flank Steak

2 lbs | flank steak |
1 | lime |
1 20 oz bag | refrigerated diced potatoes |
4 Tbsp | cili seasoning mix, (1.25 oz pkg) |
1 Tbsp | ground cumin |
2 Tbsp | brown sugar |
2 tsp | dried oregano |
1/2 tsp | salt |
4 Tbsp | oil |
Position oven rack 6 inches from broiler,then preheat to broil. Combine chili seasoning, brown sugar, cumin, oregano, salt, lime juice and spread over steak. Place steak on baking sheet;drizzle with 2 Tbsp oil. Broil 2-3 minutes on first side: turn steak and broil 5-7 minutes. Let steak stand 5 minutes before slicing. Preheat skillet, combine potatoes, 1 Tbsp chili seasoning and 2 Tbsp oil. Place potatoes in LAN; cook and stir 8- 10 minutes or until tender. Slice steak thinly and serve over potatoes.
