2 lbs | ground beef |
1 jar | Ragu Traditional sauce |
1 jar | Ragu Chunky & Garlic Sauce |
Brown beef, drain and add sauce Filling: | |
1 16 oz container | light ricotta cheese |
1 16 oz container | fat free ricotta cheese |
1 cup | Parmesan Cheese |
4 | eggs |
1 Tbsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | pepper |
2 tbsp | dried parsley |
Blend ingredients to a smooth consistency | |
2-8 oz pkgs | shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 lb box | Lasagna Noodles |
Boil for 7 minutes and then put in cold water until needed.
Began with sauce and layer. Use 9 x 13 pan. Top with parm cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes
