Apricot Noodle Pudding

1 jar | apricot preserves |
1 package | broad noodles |
1 small package | cream cheese |
½ pint | sour cream |
¼ pound | butter, melted |
4 | eggs |
dash | salt |
Boil and drain noodles. Place ½ of the noodles in a casserole. Blend cheese, sour cream, butter, eggs and salt; pour ½ of this mixture over noodles. Cover with apricot preserves. Add another layer of noodles, and alternate layer of batter and apricot preserves. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top.
Bake pudding at 350?F for 1½ hours.
Makes 8-10 servings.
