Dijon Pork Chops These savory pork chops are ready in minutes for a quick and easy summer dinner. Ingredients:
    1 lb  center cut pork chops
    1/4 tsp  salt
    1 Tbsp  Giant red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp  Giant Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp  minced garlic
    1 tsp  Italian seasoning blend

Steps:
Preheat broiler or grill. Pat pork chops dry with clean paper towels and season with salt. Combine vinegar, mustard, garlic and Italian seasonings. Brush mustard mixture on both sides of chops. Broil or grill chops 4 to 5 inches from the heat, turning once, for 8 to 12 minutes or until the internal temperature measures 160°F.
