1 cup | flour |
1 tsp. | salt |
1 cup | coarse or regular ground cornmeal |
1 | egg |
1 cup | milk |
3 tsp. | baking powder |
1/4 cup | butter |
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add egg and beat well. Add milk and stir gently. Melt butter in 10" cast iron skillet. Pour in batter and bake for 20-25 minutes at 425.
