4 nos Eggs | |
3 small | onions quarter cup, ( chopped. In two) |
2 nos Garlic ( chopped in two) 3 nos Tomatoes ( chopped in two) | |
3 tsp | Sambar powder |
1 tsp | Masala powder |
2 tsp | dhal |
1tsp | Mustard |
1/4 tsp | Methi seeds-1/4 tsp |
1/2 tsp | Somp. |
Small | Cinnamon |
1 | Bay Leaf |
3 tsp | Oil |
1 lime sized tamarind
Soak tamarind.
Heat oil.Add ulud dhal,mustard,methi seeds,somp cinnamon and bay leaf.
Then add onions,garlic & tomatoes;cook very well till the onions are transparent.Then add sambar powder & masala powder;cook till the oil comes out of masala.Then add the pulp of the tamarind & cook well till the raw smell goes.Break eggs into gravy gently one at a time.Close lid and cook till the eggs are well done.Theres your Egg Gravy ! Enjoy !!!
