9 kitchen spoons mayo
    12  eggs
    2 oz  old bay
    2 oz  dry mustard
    Juice from 1  lemon
6 shots Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups  seafood breading

Whisk together mayo an eggs. Combine old bay and mustard Whisk throwly. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Then slowly add seafood breading. Be sure to whisk well, so seafood breading will not get stuck around the side of bowl. After mixing is complete, In a separate bowl add desired crab meat and slowly add some of the crab goo until you can make a solid round packable crab cake. This recipe will make around 50- 4oz crab cakes
