Cream Cheese Raspberry Tarts

1 8oz pkg | cream cheese |
2 sticks | butter |
3 Tbsp | sugar |
2 cups | flour |
1 jar | raspberry preserve |
Mix the cream cheese, butter, sugar and flour.
Roll to 1/8 inch
Cut circles with a 4 inch cup/glass.
Fill with a little less than 1/2 tsp of raspberry preserve.
Pinch the ends with a fork.
Roll in sugar.
Put on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
