Alice's Hummus

1 medium can | chick peas |
2 | lemons, juiced |
3 tablespoons | Tahini, well mixed |
clove | garlic |
salt | |
paprika | |
pita bread |
Put garlic and salt in food processor and blend. Blend in drained chick peas and a small amount of the juice from the chick peas. Add Tahini and lemon juice. Put in dish. Spread a tablespoon of oil on top and sprinkle with paprika. Chill and serve with pita bread.
For parties you should double or triple the recipe. Adjust the amount of lemon and/or Tahini to suit individual taste. Alice likes it more lemony.
