Boule au crabe

| 1 paquet | crabe 1/2 lbs |
| 1 boite | fromage Philadelphia |
| 1 à 3 | échalotes, (au goût) juste la partie vertes, haché très finement |
| 4-5 gouttes | tabasco |
Égouter le crabe, le mélanger avec l'échalotte et le tabasco.
Le mettre dans un moule rond avec un papier stretch et mettre au frigidaire 3h. Démouler et servir avec des biscuits (vegetable thins).
