Egg roll wrappers Raw vegan cheese pate mixed as smooth as possible, but not runny Frozen spinach thawed & squeezed dry | |

Raw marinara sauce
Mix spinach or parsley into pate.
On 1 sheet of wrapper make 4 piles of filling. 2 tsp each.
Wet 1/4" of edges & center cross lines.
On a second wrapper, wet edges @ cross lines.
Over lay 2nd sheet onto 1st sheet.
Form seal around each pile releasing surrounding air.
Cut into 4 raviolis. Use fork to pinch ends together. May need to wet outside edges.
