Chocolate peanut butter pie

Graham cracker pie shell | |
4 oz | cream cheese |
1/4 cup | powdered sugar |
2 tbsp | milk |
4 oz | chocolate chips |
2/3 cup | peanut butter |
1 cup | heavy cream |
1. Beat cheese, powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Set aside.
2. In small bowl melt the chocolate chips in microwave.
3. Blend the peanut butter with chocolate and add to cheese mixture.
4. In large bowl beat heavy cream with 2 tbsp of powdered sugar until stiff peak.
5. Add whipped cream to cheese mixture.
6. Blend until just mixed well.
7. Pour into pie shell and put in ice box for at least 30 minutes.
