| 100 gr | parmigiano |
| Poco | pangrattato |
| Prezzemolo tritato | |
| 1 | uovo |
| Pepe a piacere | |
Un po' di aglio tritato fine (facoltativo)
Olive verdi e capperi, maionese per guarnire (facoltativi)
Preparazione:
mettere nel frullatore il tonno e il parmigiano, poi impastare tutti gli ingredienti, formare un rotolo, cuocerlo in un sacchetto apposito in acqua bollente (15 min).
lasciar raffreddare e guarnire con maionese, capperi e olive.
Conservare in frigorifero. lasciar raffreddare alcune ore prima di servire.
