3/4 cup | cold strong coffee |
1 pkg (4 serving size) | vanilla instant and pie filling mix |
2 tblsp | sugar |
2 cups | whipping cream |
1/4 cup | sugar |
1. Beat milk, coffee, pudding mix and 2 tbsp sugar w/ wire whisk x 2 min
2. Beat whipping cream and 1/4 cup sugar in a chilled bowl. Fold whipped cream into coffee mixture.
3. Spoon into individual dishes. Refrigerate x 15 min
