| 1 pound | ground beef |
| Chopped onion, (preference) | |
| Chopped green pepper, (preference) | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | parsley |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1/4 cup | bread crumbs |
| 1 slice | bread |
| Milk |
Place slice of bread in small mixing bowl and slightly moisten with milk (don't drench). In large mixing bowl combine ground beef, onion, green pepper, parsley and bread crumbs. Break bread into pieces and place with ingredients on large bowl; mix thoroughly.
Shape meatloaf and place in loaf pan. Smear top with ketchup and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
