| 1 lb | Hamburger |
| 1 C | Oatmeal |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1/2 8oz C | Tomato Sauce |
| Salt | |
| Pepper | |
| 1/2 8oz C | Tomato Sauce |
| 2 T | Mustard |
| 2 T | Brown Sugar |
| 2 T | Vinegar |
| 1 8oz C | Water |
Mix together in a tall jar 1/2 8oz C Tomato Sauce, Mustard, Brown Sugar, Vinegar and water. Shake to mix. Set aside.
Preheat oven 400*
In mixing bowl add HB, Oats, Egg, 1/2 8oz Tomato Sauce, S/P. Mix well by hand. Form into a loaf and put in 9" square baking dish. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes. Drain off grease. Pour sauce mix over loaf (save 1/4 of mixture) Cover is foil. Bake at 350* for 45 minute to 1 hour. Add remaining sauce in last 15 minutes.
