PORK LOIN ROAST WITH BROWN SUGAR GLAZE This roasted pork loin is seasoned then glazed with a mixture of brown sugar, mustard, and balsamic vinegar. Serve this delicious pork roast with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable side dishes. INGREDIENTS: • 1 pork loin roast, bone-in, about 5 pounds
    1 clove  garlic, cut in half
• salt and pepper • . • Glaze:
    1 1/2 cups  light brown sugar, packed
    2 tablespoons  flour
    2 teaspoons  Dijon mustard
    3 tablespoons  balsamic or cider vinegar
