KIM’S BEET ROLLS Dough for beet rolls: | |
2 c. | warm water |
1/3 c. c. | sugar |
2 tbsp | yeast |
2 | eggs, beaten |
1/3 c. | oil |
1 tsp | salt |
5 to 6 c. | flour |
Beet leaves |
Mix water and sugar, sprinkle with yeast. Stand for 10 mins. Add eggs, oil, salt and flour. Mix and knead for 5 mins. Rise 20 mins. Punch down. Shape and rise for 20 mins. with beet leaf wrapped on them. Bake at 350 – 375 for 20 mins.
