BEST BUFFALO WINGS | |
3 lbs | chicken wings |
½ c. | margarine |
1-2 tbsps | hot red pepper sauce |
1 c. | blue cheese house dressing |
Assorted raw crisp vegetables
Cut chicken wings in three and discard tips. Dry on paper towels. Melt margarine with hot pepper sauce. Arrange wings on a rack in a broiler pan. Brush with sauce, broil 4-5” from heat for 10 mins leaving oven door ajar. Turn wings over, brush with remaining sauce and broil 10 mins or until well cooked. On a large serving plater, arrange chicken wings and vegetables. Spoon dressing into a round serving dish and place in centre as a dip for wings and vegetables. Serve immediately.
Makes 8-10 servings as an appetizer.
