Italian Sausage with Vodka Sauce

ITALIAN SAUSAGE WITH VODKA SAUCE | |
Cooked fettuccine | |
½ lb | Italian Sausage meat |
1 small | onion, chopped |
3 cloves | garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | chopped fresh parsley |
1 jar | vodka sauce |
½ each | green and yellow peppers, cut into strips. |
In non-stick skillet, brown sausage meat; drain off fat. Add green peppers, onion, garlic and parsley; sauté 4 minutes; stir in pasta sauce and peppers and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon sauce over pasta and serve.
