2 HOUR BUNS (Gail’s) Mix up and add beaten eggs | |
3 c. | warm water |
½ c. | olive oil?ß |
½ c. | white sugar |
2 | eggs |
4 c. | flour, (one cup at a time) |
2 tbsp. | fast acting yeast |
Mix up and add 1 tsp. salt
3-4 c. more flour while kneading it. Have it in your hand and not sticking. Let rise for 15 minutes on stove, covered. Punch down. Let rise for 15 minutes again. Punch down. Let rise for 15 minutes again. Then make into buns. Let sit for 30 minutes. Bake at 350? F for 17 minutes or until golden brown.
