No Bake Chocolate Cookies

| NO BAKE CHOCOLATE COOKIES | |
| 2 c. | sugar |
| ¼ c. | cocoa |
| ½ c. | milk |
| ¼ c. | margarine |
| 1 tsp. | vanilla |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| ½ c. | peanut butter |
| 3 c. | quick cooking oatmeal |
Mix the sugar, milk, cocoa and margarine in a pot. Cook the mixture on medium heat until it boils. Remove pot from heat and let cool for one minute. Add vanilla, peanut butter, salt and oatmeal. Stir well. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper. (From Bailey School Kids book Vampires Don’t Carve Pumpkins.)
