| 1 lb. | lean ground beef |
| 1 med. | onion, chopped |
| ½ c. | milk |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
| 8 | crushed soda crackers |
| Salt | |
| pepper to taste | |
| ¼ c. | ketchup |
| ¼ c. | water |
| 1 tsp. | dry mustard |
| ½ c. | brown sugar |
Combine all ingredients and top with chili sauce. Bake at 350? for 1 hour. Drain and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
