Spinach Dip

SPINACH DIP | |
1 pkg. | frozen spinach, (cooked) |
1-2 c. | sour cream |
1 c. | mayo |
1 pkg. | Knorr Veggie Soup |
1 can | mushrooms |
water chestnuts, alternative | |
1/3 c. | chopped green onions |
Pumpernickel bread |
Drain and finely chop spinach and water chestnuts. Mix everything together. Cut off top of bread and scoop out inside. Put dip in bottom of bread. Break up top and inside of bread for dipping.
