Sautéed 1 sweet onion over med heat w/EVOO for 5 mins.

Add 1-1/2 teaspoons of garlic & cook for a minute or so,
Add 1/2 cup of kiante or Italian wine and bubble on high heat for 3+ minutes until liquid is gone. (Beef or Chicken stock can be substituted!)
Add 28oz can of tomatoes, crush or whole plump,
Add 1 tablespoon of parsley and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Simmer for 15 minutes - done.
