Mulligan Stew

5 | potatoes |
½ big | onion diced |
2 tsp | salt |
2 tsp | garlic powder |
2 tsp | onion powder |
1 can | beef gravy |
1 can | mushroom gravy |
1 can | green beans |
1 can | corn |
1 can | peas |
1 can | mixed vegetables |
1 can | carrots |
1 can | tomato sauce |
2 ½ pounds | lean knife cubed beef, (roast, round steak or sirloin steak) |
Cube beef into small pieces and cook first either on top of the stove or oven. Put all other ingredients in big pan or your roaster and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Then add cooked meat and cook 15 minutes to blend your flavors If you cook your veggies on top of the stove do not add gravy or tomato sauce until they are done because they will stick.
