Suçon au sirop d'érable

| 2 tasses (500 ml) | sirop d'érable |
| 1/2 c. à thé (2 ml) | crème de tartre |
| 1 c. à thé (5 g) | beurre |
| Une pincée | sel |
Faire bouillir ensemble tous les ingrédients avec un thermomètre à bonbons entre 280 à 284°F.Surtout ne pas brasser pendant la cuisson.
Verser dans des moules à bonbons graissés (avec du Palm au autres) pour sucettes.
