1 1/2 pounds | skinless, boneless chicken breast halves |
1/4 cup | butter |
6 cloves | crushed garlic |
2 cups | seasoned dry bread crumbs |
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Step 2: Melt butter with garlic in a small saucepan. Step 3: Dip chicken pieces in butter/garlic sauce, letting extra drip off. Step 4: Coat the chicken pieces completely with bread crumbs. Step 5: Place coated chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Step 6: Combine any leftover butter/garlic sauce with bread crumbs and spoon mixture over chicken pieces. Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Step 1: Preheat the oven broiler.
Step 2: Lightly grease a baking pan.
