| Sift flour and sugar into a bowl. Add butter and cream well. Pat into pan. Bake at 350 for 20min. Filling: | |

| 5 TBSP | lemon juice |
| 2 dashes | salt |
• zest of lemon
Beat all together. Pour over baked crust. Bake for 20-25 min.
Cool- cut into squares. Dust with powered sugar.
