Zucchini Bread

2 cups | sugar |
2 cups | shredded zucchini |
3/4 cup | vegetable oil |
1 tbsp | vanilla |
3 cup | all purpose flour |
1 tbsp | baking powder |
2 tsp | baking soda |
1 tsp | salt |
3 tbsp | sesame seeds, (optional) |
Preheat oven 350*
Best eggs in large mixer until foamy. Beat in sugar,zucchini, oil and vanilla
Stir in remaining Ingrediants except sesame.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9-5-3 inch pan. Bake until wooden pick comes out clean about 1 hour 15 minutes
Cool in pan about 10 minutes then cool completely on wire rack
