Ann Fazano conversions: Flour 4 cups = 1 pound sugar. 2 1/2 cups = 1 pound Spry. 2 cups = 1 pound
    2 pounds  flour
1 dozen large eggs
    1/2 pound  melted spry
    1/2 pound  sugar plus a little more
    4 bottles  med size cherries. SAVE JUICE
    1 1/2 tsp  almond flavoring
    4 tbsp  baking powder and add a little more
Add juice of cherry LEAVE SOME FOR FROSTING Mix spry, sugar, eggs and add flavoring then flour, baking powder and cherries Pinch fingers in oil and then pinch dough pieces to put on sheet 375* 10 - 12 minutes Frost2 boxes confectioners sugar, 1 tsp almond, 1 juice bottle from cherries
    1 tbsp  margarine
