Simple cream sauce

half a cup "small one" of margarine or butter | |
half a cup | flour |
2 cups | warm milk |
preparation:
melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat, then add flour gradually while stirring to avoid clumping,
once it became creamy and all flour is mixed add warm milk while stiring
leave it to boil for couple of minutes so it would thicken
the whole process would take 10 minutes or less
