Beef Salsa Wraps

1 rump or chuck roast | |
2 cans | black beans, drained, (optional) |
2 cups | salsa |
1/2 t | chili powder |
1/2 t | red pepper |
4 oz | fat free cream cheese |
Put roast, beans, spices and salsa in crock lot on low. Cook for 6-8 hours until roast shreds. Stir in 4 oz of cream cheese. Serve in tortillas with shredded cheese.
