Frosting for 12 cupcakes. | |
250g | sifted icing sugar |
80g | unsalted butter at room temp |
25 ml | whole milk |
Couple drops | vanilla extractor |
Beat icing sugar and butter til mixture welled mixed.
Combine milk and vanilla then add to butter mixture. Beat or 5 mins.q
For choc. Use 40 cocoa powder
For cream cheese use 125g cream cheese.
