Carnation 5 Minute Fudge

| 2/3 C | evaporated milk |
| 1 2/3 C | sugar |
| 2 C miniature | marshmallows |
| 1/2 C | nuts |
| 1 1/2 | semisweet chocolate chips |
| 1 Tsp | vanilla |
Combine milk and sugar in saucepan, heat to boiling. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat add marshmallows, nuts, chocolate and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows melt. Pour into buttered pan and cool
